  • Claims are processed within 8 hours of office time (except holidays and year-end)

  • Claims are paid by Cheque or by Direct Deposit, as selected on the Enrollment Form

  • Claims payments are tax free to the Employee (except Provincial tax in Quebec)


  • Invoices are emailed to the Employer on the 1st. or 15th., as selected on the Application

  • Invoices are paid by Cheque, e-Transfer or EFT, as selected on the Application Form

  • Invoices consist of Claims plus Administration plus applicable Ontario taxes
