Application

  • Employer completes Application and Enrollment Forms

  • Employer receives Agreement, Benefit Booklets and Claims Forms

  • Employer can telephone toll free for assistance in completion of Forms

Claims

  • Claims are processed in 1 to 2 business days (except year-end and Jan. 1st. to 15th.)

  • Claims are paid by Cheque or by Direct Deposit, as selected on the Enrollment Form

  • Claims payments are tax free to the Employee (except Provincial tax in Quebec)

Invoices

  • Invoices are emailed to Employers on the 1st. or 15th., as selected on the Application

  • Invoices are paid by Cheque, e-Transfer or EFT, as selected on the Application Form

  • Invoices consist of Claims plus Administration plus applicable Ontario taxes
